HGC Protocol, I’m On A New Weight Loss Program! (Updated)

I would personally recommend looking into the HCG protocol for anyone who wants to lose weight fast, and without killing themselves in the gym! – Very exciting stuff.

UPDATE (April 25, 2012): So I’m done the phase 1 & 2 (of my second round) and I’m now onto phase 3 (the maintenance phase). My weight is now stabilized, and my total weight loss this round was 21 lbs. So, combined with the first round that I did, where I lost 20 lbs, I have lost a TOTAL of 41 lbs! Nothing I’ve ever tried before (including high impact interval training, and every diet known to woman) has ever worked as well as HCG did for for me. I’m VERY impressed, and glad to have found out about it!

I have recently started a new weight loss program called The HCG protocol. I love that this weight loss program fits so well into my lifestyle. This is the second time that I have done the HCG protocol and so far I have lost 5.2 pounds in only 5 days. The first time I did this diet, I lost a total of 20 pounds and it worked fantastically. I am actually a slow loser because most people lose on average 1 – 1.5 pounds per day from what I have read. My fiance lost over 30 pounds after his first round.

Unfortunately after my first round, I gave in to my huge weakness for sweets and I ended up putting 10 pounds back on after I finished the program. I have now decided to go back on the program for the second time, and I hope to keep the weight off and NOT indulge in “as many sweets” when I’m finished the diet.

This is NOT a fad diet, or a “diet of the week.” It has been used since the 1950’s and 1960’s on the well-to-do, high society, and wealthy elite. If any of you are interested in the The HCG protocol you can search “The HCG Protocol” with your favorite search engine, there are lots of really great websites out there that explain what The HCG protocol is all about. I would strongly suggest also finding a copy of the original “Pounds and Inches” that was written by Dr. ATW Simeons, MD for the original unaltered material.
