My Findings of LeanWhey Protein Powders: In the past I have tried several protein shakes and they all have for the most part lacked taste, or were full of sugars with unneeded calories. Prairie Naturals LeanWhey Protein Powders are super tasty with lots of flavor, and they are also sweetened with Stevia making them much lower in calories. I have a protein shake every morning with my breakfast and it keeps my full feeling until lunchtime.  None of Prairie Naturals LeanWhey Protein Powders have artificial flavors, sweeteners, colors or Bovine Growth Hormone in them. My favorite of the LeanWhey Protein Powders is the Chocolate Supreme. I like to add a little peanut butter to the Chocolate Supreme shake to give it a bit more flavor. The Strawberry Raspberry Cream and French Vanilla shakes taste awesome with frozen mixed berries added to them!

My Findings of Organic & Fair Trade Powders-Wheat Grass & Barley Grass: If you are like me and love the health benefits of what Wheat Grass and Barley Grass can do for your body, then you are going to love Prairie Naturals Wheat Grass and Barley Grass. Both of these products are 100% VEGAN, and Gluten-free! They contain no flavors, colors, preservatives, sweeteners, fillers, or GMO ingredients. The only thing that I did not like about the Wheat and Barley Grass was that is did not mix well in water or juice. I added both of these products to my morning protein shakes for added health benefits. Also you can add both these products to your baking if you wish.

My Findings of Organic Flax Seeds: I loved these flax seeds. I use these on my salads, eggs, and even on my poultry and steaks for flavor.
