Lakanto Sugar Free Products

I have completely dropped all refined sugar from my diet and I have to say I feel and look better than ever. I recently came across Lakanto’s website and noticed that have nothing but sugar free products, and that is right up my alley. I find it really hard to locate sugar free products that taste good and have healthy benefits as well.

Lakanto’s products are made from Monk Fruit, and I have to say that I have never heard of “Monk Fruit” before now. Monk Fruit’s sweetness comes from natural mogrosides that are much sweeter than sugar and monk fruit does not have any fructose.

All of Lakanto products are:

– ZERO Calories
– ZERO Glycemic Index
– 1:1 Sugar Replacement
– ZERO Impact on Blood Sugar or Insulin
– ZERO Bitter or Chemical Aftertaste
– ZERO GMOs, Additives or Artificial Flavors

My Findings on “Golden Economy Size”: Lakanto golden sugar is great for a substitute for brown sugar. I use this sugar now when my baking calls for brown sugar, and it works great. The only thing, is that you will not taste the “sweet” of brown sugar sweetness but the “sweet” flavor of monk fruit instead. It’s very different, but refreshing. I also like that Lakanto sugars are not hard on my teeth and do not spike my sugar levels like normal sugar does. Looking for a brown sugar substitute Lakanto golden sugar is sure to help.

My Findings on “Classic Economy Size”: Lakanto regular white sugar can be put in anything that requires sugar without the harmful side effects of sugar. I use this sugar 1:1 in my coffee, baking and anything that calls for white sugar. I like the aftertaste that I get with monk fruit it’s a nice sweetness. My husband, not so much. He thinks the sweetness in nice in the baking, and coffee, but makes everything else you eat right after taste different for a short time.

My Findings on “Drinking Chocolate”: I could not stop drinking this Drinking Chocolate, I have never tasted something so full of flavor and chocolatey without the calories or sugar. I was sad that the bag was as small as it was and I ended up drinking all of this Drinking Chocolate in under week. I also love how the monk fruit gave that extra little touch of yumminess.

My Findings on “Matcha Latte” This was my first time trying Matcha anything and I was expecting it to taste like green tea, but no, it tasted soooo good. This Matcha Latte was nice and rich flavored and you do even need to add milk! It’s just fine, infact EXCELLENT with just hot water. I also wish the bag would have been bigger because I also finished this delicious Matcha Latte off far too fast as well. My husband loved this drink he was drinking this twice a day, and did I mention it has the added probiotic in it? Great stuff!

My Findings on “Maple Syrup”: Let me just say I am in HEAVEN!! I have been on the look out forever for sugar free maple syrup, that tastes like maple syrup without all the calories of maple syrup. Wow, that was a mouthful huh? LOL ..I was sooo amazed that this syrup tasted like the “real deal.” The only thing is that it’s not as thick as the real deal, but you only need a little to go a long way. I made coconut flour pancakes one morning and I just had to add a little of this maple syrup to them. They tasted AWESOME!! If you want sugar free maple syrup you have got to buy this, I know I will be buying me another bottle in the very near future!

My Findings on Lakanto Chocolate Bars: All of Lakanto chocolate bars are sugar free and are packed full of flavor. The monk fruit gives a nice sweetness to the chocolate bar and compliments the chocolate nicely. I especially loved the almond chocolate bar the best and my husband liked the cacao nibs the best, but hey who can not LOVE sugar free chocolate bars that do not pack the caloric impact that sugar infused chocolate bars do? I LOVED them!

My overall experience with Lakanto products was very rewarding. I 100% recommend that you try Lakanto’s products, I know you will not be disappointed and trust me, you too will fall in love with their drinking chocolate, matcha latte and maple syrup. Just WOW!
