The “Neater Feeder” (For Cats) Review

If you have a cat, or cats that just love to make a mess while drinking at the water bowl, you are going to be VERY interested in the Neater Feeder!

One day (after cleaning up yet another mess that my cats made while drinking their water), I got serious about finding a much needed solution. I searched the Internet frantically for anything that would solve the problem of water getting splashed all over the place when my cats had a drink. I looked for mats, different bowl designs, and just about everything in between. The water that my cats slashed all over was causing the wooden rack that I had the food bowls on, to be utterly destroyed.  I needed a solution, and  fast!

My search ended when I came across the “Neater Feeder.” …I just knew it “could” potentially be the solution to all my “messy cat” problems.

Mess Proof Pet Bowls

My Findings: The Neater Feeders For Cats is made of plastic, and has a design that traps any spilled food or water in a tray below the feeding bowls so there is absolutely no mess on the floor when your cat is done eating. It also has a nice high back splash surrounding the bowls, so as the cat’s tongue flicks, the water (or milk) will hit the back splash, and be channeled down into the bottom pan.  When I setup the Neater Feeder, my cats took to it right away (not much gets between them and their food. *LOL*). The Neater Feeder is not much bigger than the space required for two bowls, and as luck would have it, it fit perfectly in the spot that I use to feed my cats. The Neater Feeder has one bowl that is a little deeper than the other, and that is so your cat can drink more water and eat less food.

The  Neater Feeder lives up to it’s name, it was a LOT “Neater.” My messy cat problems were completely solved with this product. Happy day!! What a great invention it is, and one that I could not be without. ..The only thing that I would caution, is that if you have more than one cat, you will need to skip the CAT version in lieu of one of the  larger versions (SMALL or MEDIUM). The Neater Feeder (CAT) is perfect for one cat, but for my four cats, it could hardly keep up. I had to fill it more often that I had hoped.

Tints Of Nature Review:

Sulfate-Free Shampoo &  Conditioner

I’m always looking for organic shampoos and conditioners that are as close to nature as possible, and free of toxic chemicals. Tints of Nature has just that, and they sent me their “sulfate-free” shampoo & conditioner to try out.

Tints of Nature Better for Hair, Better for You

My Findings: Tints of Nature makes a wonderful “sulfate-free” shampoo & conditioner that have none of the harsh chemicals that can cause your scalp to become irritated like some other shampoos and conditioners on the market. Tints of Nature’s conditioner is formulated with Irish seaweed extract, and a plant-derived softening agent to leave your hair feeling nice and soft, and it does! Their shampoo is 100% sulfate free, ammonia free, and has naturally based lathering agents, vitamin B15, and plant amino acids in it. I can tell you that both the shampoo and conditioner are great for color treated hair. They will not fade your hair color like other shampoo’s and conditioners might. My color stayed vibrant wash after wash. The shampoo and conditioner work very well together, and they are great hair products. These hair stylists that formulated these products did a fantastic job!

Tea + Protein Herbal Shampoo: This Protein infused volumizing organic shampoo smells wonderful and does exactly what it says it does. For anyone who has dry hair and has trouble getting that added moisturizer into their hair this is the shampoo for you. This shampoo has organic plant-based ingredients to emulsify the scalp and hair without the added dryness of other shampoos that leave your scalp itchy and dry afterwards.

Peppermint Herbal Conditioner: I suffer from hair loss, and I’m always looking for a conditioner that will stimulate my scalp for added hair growth. This is exactly what the Peppermint Herbal Conditioner does. You can really feel the peppermint working, and it smells just wonderful. I should mention that the smell of peppermint also gives you and energy kick!

Vitamin E + Citrus Shower Gel: Who doesn’t like the smell of citrus fruits, lemons and oranges with the added benefits of Vitamin E and Pro-Vitamin B5 to neutralize sun and environmental damage.  I love the smell of this shower gel, and I love how I feel energized after my morning shower when I uses the Vitamin E + Citrus Shower Gel.

Organic Aloe & Jojoba Creme Therapy: I loved this hand lotion, I just wish though they would have added an emulsifier to their hand lotion to make it thicker. It was a little too runny for my taste.

Olive Night Creme: Just like the Italians do, they put pure olive oil on the skin to keep them looking youthful. That is what Made From Earth’s Olive Night Creme does. I love the moisture in this cream and I love how it adds oil back to my skin to keep my skin nice and healthy looking.

Grapefruit Glycolic Wash: One of my favorite smells is grapefruit, and having the smell of grapefruit in a face wash is a bonus. I especially like the beads in this face wash, they really cleaned my skin nice and clean.

Spearmint Lip Balm: I LOVE this lip balm! It coats my lips and keeps my lip nice moist all day long. Great stuff!

Beanfields Bean & Rice Chips

As many of you know from from reading my blog, and the past reviews I have done, I’m a huge believer in eating GMO free foods. Beanfields snacks offers a yummy selection of chips that are GMO Free, Corn Free, and Gluten Free, Cholesterol-Free, Trans Fat-Free, and Preservative-Free. Beanfields sent me their whole line of delicious chips to try, and I have to say I was very much impressed by them. Read on and find out what flavor was best!

Snack Like A Grown-Up, Love It Like A Kid

Nacho Bean & Rice Chips

My Findings: These snacks are amazing and are much better than the name brand nacho chips out there. The Nacho Bean & Rice Chips do not have the harsh taste that some of the other name brand nacho chips have, and they have a wonderful light taste to them. My fiancé and I could not stop eating these, and we use to (way back in time) eat the name brand nacho chips and would always feel sick afterwards. Now, we can enjoy a healthier tasting nacho chip without all the added preservatives and chemicals.

Naturally Unsalted Chips

My Findings: Unfortunately I did not enjoy these chips. They did not have any flavor to them. I would have loved if they would have put a hint of flavor on the Naturally Unsalted Chips, and I think they would have tasted far better. However if you are looking to cut down on your sodium then these might be the chips for you. =-)

Sea Salt Chips

My Findings: I’m a huge fan of chips that have sea salt on them and Beanfields “Sea Salt Chips” delivered. Where can you get a good source of fiber with the added bonus of sea salt? Beanfields “Sea Salt Chips” is where.

Sea Salt & Pepper Chips

My Findings: I’m not a huge fan of chips that have pepper on them, but I really rather enjoyed Beanfields “Sea Salt & Pepper Chips.” The flavor combination went really well together and these chips also have a great source of fiber and are GMO free and corn free.

Pico de Gallo Chips

My Findings: Mexican lovers you are gonna love these chips, I guarantee it. Beanfields “Pico de Gallo Chips”  have a nice zesty flavor to them, and can be eaten by themselves or you can enhance the flavor even more with your favorite organic salsa. I really enjoyed these chips, and will most defiantly try them again.

Barlean’s- World’s Freshest – Best Tasting

Mango-Peach Omega Swirl Fish Oil

My Findings: What a wonderful combination of flavors! For fish oil, I didn’t think anyone could make it palatable, but I really enjoyed how the mango and peach tasted in this supplement. I also did not find this supplement overly sweet, or over powering in any way. The flavor of the fish oil is masked very well, and you really can not taste the fish oil in this supplement. Omega Swirl Fish Oil is sweetened with Xylitol, and all of the ingredients in it or Organic.

Strawberry-Banana Omega Swirl Flax Oil

My Findings: Firstly, I just love  anything that tastes of Banana and Strawberry. This product was no different. It had a wonderful sweet taste of Banana and Strawberry. I also liked that this product was not too sweet, though I found it fairly sweet. I also could not taste any of the flax oil, and that is bonus, as I really do not like the taste of flax oil.

Chocolate-Raspberry The Essential Woman Omega Supplement

My Findings: Attention chocolate lovers out there, you will fall in love with Barlean’s Essential Woman Omega Swirl Supplement! I didn’t just like this, I LOVED IT! ..I’m in love with this product, and I could not get enough of it. Who could? The Chocolate and Raspberry is such a delicious combination! When I had a sweet craving, I just took a spoonful of Essential Woman Omega Swirl Supplement, and it satisfied my craving 100%. Essential Women Omega Swirl is sweetened with Xylitol, and it is made with Organic Evening Primrose Oil and Organic Flaxseed Oil. This stuff was insanely good. I’m sure it would be illegal if it weren’t soooooo good for you!

Cortex Solo450 Giraffe Flat Iron Review

Are you looking for a new flat iron, a very stylish designer flat iron at that? Flat Iron Experts sent me their latest flat iron called the “Cortex Solo450 Giraffe Flat Iron.” Read on for my findings on the “Cortex Solo450 Giraffe Flat Iron” below.

The Best Professional Flat Irons!

My Findings: I have used several flat irons in the past. My very first iron was the Chi, and it was recommended to me after I walked into a few hair salons and asked them which was best. The Chi was a fantastic flat iron for the time. I used it a lot over the years. As good as the Chi was for it’s time, after trying out the Cortex Solo450 Giraffe Flat Iron, I quickly realized that clearly things in the flat iron market have evolved greatly. From the very first use I just fell in love with this iron. The results were nothing short of amazing, almost too good to be true. Firstly, the iron was not roasting my hair like my old Chi did, and secondly, it made my hair smooth, and shiny. I had to know why this iron was doing such a good job on my hair. It turns out that the temperature setting I used was just right for my hair. The Cortex Solo450 has temperature settings, so as I used the iron at 350C my hair did not smoke or feel hot to the touch at all. My old Chi has one setting, and I guess that setting was “Too Hot.” From what I learned afterwards, the Cortex Solo450 also has far-infrared technology that us used to deliver constant heat distribution over the plates, very cool! The Cortex Solo450 also has solid titanium plates. whereas the older flat irons like my Chi used ceramic plates. Who knows why, but the results were FAR better with the solid titanium plates! Shinny, smooth feeling hair. Who can argue with that? Two thumbs up for the “Cortex Solo450 Giraffe Flat Iron.”

Beanitos: Black Bean, Pinto Bean, Chipotle BBQ and Cheddar Cheese Chips Review

I love having a bowl of popcorn, or chips when I’m sitting down to play my favorite video game. I, however, do not like snacks that are made from GMO corn, or that have chemically added flavoring and other nasties (like MSG) in them. Enter Beanitos, a GMO corn free, low glycemic bean based chip! Read on to see how I liked them.

Beanitos Black Bean Chips

My Findings: I was not a huge fan of  the Beanitos Black Bean chips. For my tastes (and yours might be different), I wish there would have been a little more flavor and not so much salt on them.

Beanitos Pinto Bean and Flax Chips

My Findings: I was surprised how good these snacks tasted. I was expecting the Pinto Bean and Flax chips to be completely bland, but they were not. These chips have a subtle flavor of seasonings that make these chips very tasty.

Beanitos Black Bean Chipotle BBQ Chips

My Findings: These chips have a wonderful smokey flavor to them with a touch of spiciness to give them that nice KICK! I was very surprised by the taste of them, and would defiantly eat these chips again, and again, and again.

Beanitos Cheddar Cheese Chips

My Findings: OMG… These are my favorite of all of the Beanito chips that I tried. My fiance and I literately ate the whole bag in one sitting, that is how good the Beanitos Cheddar Cheese chips are. We NEVER eat the whole bag. Who would have thought a bean chip could taste so good, and have so much flavor to them? If you want to try out Beanitos, you have gotta try Beanitos Cheddar Cheese chips. I’m sure you will love them as much as we did!

Shea & Virgin Coconut Enriching Shampoo

My Findings: I love love anything that has coconut in it, especially my shampoo! This shampoo is naturally scented with Lavender Essential Oil & Coconut Fragrance, and it smells just wonderful. The shea butter and coconut coats my hair, and leaves it silky smooth. What a great combination!

Shea & Virgin Coconut Enriching Hair Lotion

My Findings: This is the accompanying conditioner to the shampoo (above) and I’m telling you my hair smelled wonderful after use, and the shine and softness of my hair was remarkable. Alaffia’s shampoo and conditioner works great on their own, but even better when used together. One plus one, equals “three” in this case!

Rooibos & Shea Antioxidant Facial Cleanser

My Findings: This is a great cleanser that helps fight skin-aging, and free radicals as it gently removes makeup, dirt, debris, and other impurities that may accumulating on your face during the day. I also liked that this cleanser went on nice and smooth. You can really feel it cleaning your pores, and it smells nice.

Rooibos & Shea Butter Antioxidant Face Cream

My Findings: I love Alaffia’s face cream I use this face cream every night and I love how its not a thick and heavy when applying to your sking, and that will leave your pores clogged all night. This face cream also smells wonderful, and it has the added coconut and shea butter in it to help keep your skin nice and moisturized.

Rooibos & Shea Antioxidant Facial Toner

My Findings: If you want a nice “pick me up” while refreshing your skin, then you’ll love this face toner. This face toner is formulated to naturally balance your skin’s pH and help maximize hydration. It’s alcohol-free,  so don’t worry, it won’t dry your skin out like some other face toners can.

Cocoa & Shea Butter Lip Balm

My Findings: YUM… every time I apply this lip balm to my lips, I feel like I’m eating something that has coco in it, and I’m also adding moisturizer to my lips with coconut oil and shea butter. Love it!

I was soooooo happy to have the opportunity to review the Sound+Sleep Nomad Travel sound system! If you are like me, and need a sound device to fall asleep, then you are going to just love the Nomad sleep device. My Findings: I’m such a light sleeper that anything and everything wakes me up. I have tried other sound systems, but they never came close to
sounding so crystal clear like the The Sound+Sleep Nomad Travel does.  I really like the nice compact size of this sound device. The device does not take up too much room on your night stand, and has a huge speaker on the top for great sound.  The best feature that I liked about this sound device,  is that the lights turn off automatically so you do not have to worry about annoying lights shining in your eyes and keeping you up. I used to have to put a sock over my old one. *LOL*

My favorite sound (that I use to fall asleep every night) is the waterfall sound. If you have trouble falling asleep, or suffer sleepless nights due to  ambient noise in your sleep environment, the Sound+Sleep device from Adaptive Sound Technologies is a great sleep remedy! You will quickly fall in love with it.

Island Bliss Shampoo

My Findings: OMG…. I loved the smell of this shampoo! Island Bliss Shampoo smelled like I was taking a trip to the tropics and all of my worries of the day were gone. This shampoo has the smell of coconut and every other tropical scent you can imagine. You do not need much of this shampoo as the shampoo coats your hair very nicely and leaves it feeling silky smooth.

Luscious Island Conditioner

My Findings: Just like the shampoo, Luscious Island Conditioner smells absolutely amazing. Luscious Island Conditioner feels amazing on my hair too. My hair felt silky soft and had an amazing shine to it when I used this conditioner. I use the conditioner and the shampoo all the time, and cannot get enough of it.  I even got some compliments on how nice my hair smelt recently! Yeah, it’s THAT good!  =-)

Scrumptious Baby Cream

My Findings: I’ve tried many hand creams before, but none have left my skin so soft and moisturized liked Scrumptious Baby Cream. I mean it, it REALLY works well. I personally love the smell of baby powder, and this cream smells like you just poured some baby powder on your skin. I’m very happy with this cream and I use it in my day to day life regularly. Great stuff!

My Findings: Ladies if you ever wanted your intimate private parts to smell like cupcake then this is the product for you. I love this product that I can not get enough of it, I use it all the time. This is the most amazing shaving cream that I have ever tired. My intimate area was silky smooth and smelled like cupcake after I used it. I guarantee your man will want to take a bite out of you.. LOL.. This shaving cream goes on nice and silky (you do not need much of it), and it is a little different that other shaving creams, as it does not foam up.

Wanna Be Sparkling Shimmery Diva Dust (Golden Goddess)

My Findings: I love how Wanna Be Sparkling Shimmery Diva Dust adds that little bit of sparkle to my chest. I also love the smell of it as well, and you will feel sexy when you dab Wanna Be Sparkling Shimmery Diva Dust to your body.

Coochy After Shave Protection Mist

My Findings: I used the After Shave Protection Mist right after I shaved my intimate area and this stuff really worked. I had no red itchy spots anywhere and it keep my intimate area hydrated and left the skin  nice and soft and smelling wonderful as well.

If I were give out stars, I would give the Classic Erotic products 10 stars out of 10. – They are absolutely F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C!!

Camino Espresso Coffee, Dark chocolate Coffee Beans, Mango & Tropical Juices, Raw Caco Nibs, and Shredded Coconut Review

Camino is a Canadian company that offers a wide selection of organic products from Coffee, and Jiuces, to Chocolate Bars. Camino sent me a nice selection of their products to review. I was sent their (Climbing The Walls) Espresso Coffee, Dark chocolate covered Coffee Beans, Mango & Tropical Juices, Raw Caco Nibs, and Shredded Coconut. I have to say that I was pretty impressed with all the products that I received from Camino, and if you read on you will find out what products I liked the best.

Raw Cacao Nibs

My Findings: Caco nibs are very healthy for you, especially in their raw form. The only thing with raw caco nibs are that they are little bitter (they have no sweetness to them). I used Camino’s caco nibs in some of my baking that gave it a  little chocolate  kick with a healthy side. =-)

Mango Juice

My Findings: Camino’s Mango juice tasted exactly like you were eating a fresh mango with a hint of passion fruit, that enhanced the flavor of the juice. This juice is also not too sweet like most of the name brand juices (that are full of sugar), and this juice had no sugar added to it.

Espresso Coffee “Climb the walls”

My Findings: Camino’s “Climb The Walls” Espresso coffee smells just amazing. Simply smelling this coffee will have you “Climb The Walls” with energy. This coffee has a nice smooth flavor without the strong after tastes like some of the espresso coffees out there.

Tropical Juice

My Findings: This juice tasted very fruity with lots of flavor. It was very refreshing to drink, I really liked it a lot. – Great stuff!

Dark chocolate-Covered Coffee Beans

My Findings: I have never tried chocolate covered coffee beans before, and I have to say that I’m now hooked on chocolate covered coffee beans now.  Very tasty treats! Eat enough, and you’ll experience a nice little jolt of energy.

Shredded Coconut

My Findings: I love anything coconut. I used some of Camino’s shredded coconut in my baking and you can see the picture of the cookies that I made with the Camino’s shredded coconut below. They made my cookies taste amazing!!

Here is a picture of the “Oatmeal Coconut Caco Nib Cookies” that I made from the products that Camino sent me. These cookies were sooooo delicious that I’m going to be making them again.
